App User Guide

How to set up Say It Last.

Say It Last helps you create a private vault of important guidance, choose a Trusted Contact, and control when that information can be released.

Start simple. Add what matters most.

You do not have to complete everything at once. Begin with the basics: your account, your Trusted Contact, your Toggle, and the most important instructions your people may need.

Over time, you can add more detail, update your notes, and keep your guidance current.

Create your account

Download the app and create your Say It Last account.

Use your email: this is how your account is verified.
Create your password: choose something strong and private.
Confirm your email: unlock access to your private vault.

Set up your vault

Add the information you want your Trusted Contact to have if they ever need it.

Important contacts: family, attorney, doctor, care provider, or close friend.
Personal instructions: what you want people to know or do first.
Final wishes: memorial, ashes, resting place, obituary, or personal notes.

Add pets and home details

Record the practical details people may not know during a stressful moment.

Pet care: food, medicine, routine, vet, and preferred caregiver.
Home notes: keys, alarm, utilities, vehicles, mail, or access instructions.
Document location: safe, folder, attorney office, or secure digital location.

Choose your Trusted Contact

Select the person who should receive your guidance if your trigger is activated.

Choose carefully: pick someone responsible and reachable.
Keep them informed: let them know they may receive instructions later.
Update if needed: change your Trusted Contact when life changes.

Set your Toggle

The Toggle controls when Say It Last should check in and when access may be released.

You are safe: nothing is released.
Check-ins are missed: the reminder process begins.
Trigger activates: your Trusted Contact can unlock the report.

Review and update

Say It Last works best when your information stays current.

Review regularly: update contacts, documents, pets, and wishes.
Add details over time: build your vault at your own pace.
Keep it useful: remove anything outdated or confusing.

Your vault is meant to protect sensitive guidance until it is needed. The goal is simple: keep your information private while you are safe, then give your Trusted Contact clarity if the trigger is activated.

Say It Last is not a replacement for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. It is a place to organize the guidance you choose to leave behind.

The basic path

1. Create Create your account and start your private vault.
2. Choose Choose the Trusted Contact who should receive your guidance.
3. Set Set your Toggle so Say It Last knows when to check in.
4. Release If the trigger activates, your Trusted Contact can unlock the report.
